When 17-year-old Kevin puts on his VR glasses, he forgets all his sufferings for a moment and floats weightlessly through the ISS space station. The documentary movie "Child of the Earth" by the Los Angeles-based Swiss director Claudio Fäh shows in a touching way how virtual reality can make life a little easier for a terminally ill teenager. Claudio Fäh came to Kevin's story through his wife, palliative physician Dr. Martina Meier. On stage in the HB, they talk about how the project came about. The third guest of the panel is Dr. Andreas Meyer, Chief Physician of the rehabilitation centre of the University Children's Hospital Zurich. He will explain the situation in Switzerland and how virtual reality is used here.
